What happens after I use the 40 minutes?

Outbound calls stop working once the 40 minutes run out; receiving calls and SMS stays free for the rest of the plan. The plan doesn't auto-recharge more minutes.
How is this different from the Viettel data-only plans?

Viettel is data-only. This Mobifone plan adds 40 minutes of outbound local calls plus free inbound calls and SMS. Useful for actually calling a taxi, restaurant or tour operator, not just receiving calls.
Do I need to set the APN manually?
